Deine Aufgaben
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing of annual risk plans and new guidelines with top management.
- Introduce local risk policies and monitor compliance with insurance regulations (Solvency II).
- Manage risk processes, including reporting to executive committees and BAFIN.
- Conduct employee training on risk management and maintain awareness of emerging risks.
- Act as a point of contact for risk inquiries from stakeholders and foster collaboration with the other European Risk Managers.
Dein Profil
Your Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), especially Solvency II, and its practical application.
- Ideally, experience in project management and risk reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a results-orientied approach
- Fluent in both German and English.
